This is an engaging itinerary for me to see more on Crete scenery and traditions . The olive oil factory is an unique learning experience . Most importantly , Eddie is a knowledgeable and fun person . The real experience on walnuts , almond , strawberry , apple , banana tasting are fascinating . Fruits are tasteful , all freshly picked up at the farm to eat . Really nice 👍. I highly recommend this Zeus Cave traditional old wind mills village olive oil factory tour✨✨✨✨✨

Eddie gave an amazing tour! He showed us the ins and outs of the “non-touristy” Crete. He was personable and had a great sense of humour. Eddie loves what he does and it shows! My 82 year old mom was well taken Care of!

yesterday we took the experience the real crete tour. Highly recommended! We have seen a lot and we have been told a lot. Also been to less touristic old villages. We had a fantastic hospitable and enthusiastic guide, Stavros. Small company. Delicious lunch, but nothing is forced on you along the way. Value for your money!

Stavros Was the best tour guide we ever had. The tour wasn’t your normal “touristy” tour, we were brought through a number of authentic small villages. We med wonderful owners of different shops, restaurants, cafe’s along the way. It was the most enjoyable day of our trip. Highly recommended.

The private tour with Stavros was a highlight of our 10 day visit to Greece. From the moment Stavros picked us up it felt like we were with family. He engaged with our 3 adult children with light-hearted humor and provided lots of information as we wound around his home island. Every stop was worthwhile and enjoyable – the ocean views, the olive oil factory (where we ran into Stavros’ hilarious brother-in-law), the charming village where we had coffee, Zeus’ Cave. I highly recommend you opt for the lunch which was at an incredible, out of the way, beautiful restaurant with views of a valley and the best food ever. I got the last piece of moussaka and it was bliss. Another gem was the town of Krasi. We stopped to admire the monumental plane tree, but across the street from said tree was an ancient laundry facility made of stone. There were about 8 washing stations and fresh water was “piped” in to rinse – Cretan engineering at it’s finest. I loved it. When we return to Crete, we will seek Stavros for another tour. Thank you for everything.

This tour is a must do in Crete : we visited many sites explaining Crete’s history and legends, but we also had the opportunity to see the authentic villages and have a traditionnal greek meal.
We had a lot of fun with Stavros : he explained history in a captivating way, making us wanting to learn more. His kindness and authenticity will forever be in our hearts !
